Do you sell to the public?
No. We bake exclusively for businesses and are not open to the public, so we don't take walk-in or individual orders.
Which businesses do you serve?
Retailers, distributors, hotels, airlines and private label partners.
How do I become a partner?
Send the partner application at the bottom of this page. Our office will call you to confirm your details and set up your account.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. We bake and pack our pastry under your brand. Send an application or call the office to start the conversation.
How much lead time do orders need?
Most orders need 2 days' notice. For larger or specialty orders, please call the office to plan lead time.
Can I freeze your products?
Yes. We use no preservatives or conditioners, so products taste and smell fresh even after thawing. Most items can be frozen for up to 1 month.
Do you offer gluten free items?
Yes, ordered 1 day in advance. We are not a certified gluten-free facility. Our stainless steel equipment is washed down each day, and gluten free products are baked before daily production begins.
